As wireless charging continues to gain popularity, industry leaders took center stage to launch new products and announce partnerships, showcasing the advancements in this field. Wireless charging enables devices to receive power through inductive magnetic fields, eliminating the need for a physical connection to a power outlet. This is made possible by inductive power transfer technology. The Qi (pronounced /tʃiː/ ) standard, advanced by way of the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), has become the widely adopted specification for inductive wireless charging.
